Unicorns are rare because balance is rare.
Anyone can build fast.
Anyone can ship features.
Very few can build powerful technology that is also safe, ethical, and human-centered.
That’s where we come in.
Unicorn Intelligence Tech Partners was founded on the belief that the future of technology demands more than engineers or policymakers alone. It requires psychological insight, ethical foresight, and operational discipline working together.
We don’t chase trends.
We build foundations.
Two Clinicians One Cauldron
We bring together disciplines that are almost never in the same room:
Clinical & forensic psychology
AI governance, privacy, and trust & safety
Business strategy and operational execution
This allows us to see risks others miss, ask questions others avoid, and design solutions that actually hold up under real-world use.
Our work is grounded, rigorous, and deeply human.
Anne Fredriksson, BSN, MS and Dr. Genevieve Bartuski, PsyD, MBA are the co-founders and partners behind Unicorn Intelligence Tech Partners, a clinician-led advisory firm helping healthcare and mental health tech innovators avoid dragons while building unicorns.
Anne and Genevieve founded Unicorn Intelligence Tech Partners to fill a dangerous gap in healthcare innovation. Too many products are built without clinicians in the room, without operational reality checks, and without serious attention to compliance, ethics, and human behavior.
At Unicorn Intelligence, they partner with founders early, before regulators, clinicians, or the market expose weaknesses. Their work helps innovators move faster with confidence, build trust with stakeholders, and avoid the dragons that quietly kill promising healthcare and mental health tech.
Anne Fredriksson, BSN, MS
Anne is a nurse, healthcare executive, and health tech founder with more than 30 years of experience leading complex healthcare organizations. She has served as CEO, COO, and CAO across hospital systems, home health, and behavioral health organizations, guiding teams through growth, regulatory pressure, operational instability, and large-scale change.
Anne specializes in bridging innovation and execution. She works with founders to align products with real clinical workflows, build operational and compliance foundations that scale, and identify risk early before it becomes expensive or reputation-ending. She is also the CEO and co-founder of Anmi Solutions, a health technology company focused on improving medication adherence through the anmiMeds platform, keeping her grounded in the realities of building and scaling digital health products.
Dr. Genevieve Bartuski, PsyD, MBA
Genevieve is a clinical psychologist and business strategist with deep expertise in privacy, compliance, ethical AI development, and human behavior. With both a PsyD and an MBA, she brings a rare ability to evaluate technology through the lenses of clinical safety, human impact, and organizational risk.
Her background includes work as a hostage negotiator, shaping her exceptional skill in risk assessment, decision-making under pressure, and understanding how people actually respond to systems in moments that matter most. Genevieve advises founders on privacy, governance, ethical AI frameworks, and the human factors that determine whether healthcare technology earns trust or fails in practice.
