Who We Are
Anne Fredriksson, BSN, MS — Co-Founder & Partner
Anne has spent more than 30 years inside healthcare organizations — not advising them from the outside, but running them. She has served as CEO, COO, and CAO across hospital systems, home health, and behavioral health organizations, leading teams through growth, regulatory pressure, operational instability, and large-scale change.
She knows what happens when new technology lands inside a system that wasn't prepared for it. She's lived it, managed it, and in many cases cleaned it up.
Anne is also the CEO and co-founder of Anmi Solutions, a health technology company building the anmiMeds platform for medication adherence. That means she brings something most advisors can't — the perspective of someone actively building and scaling a digital health product right now, not just consulting on them.
She works with founders to align products with real clinical workflows, build operational and compliance foundations that hold up under scrutiny, and identify the risks that don't show up in a pitch deck.
Dr. Genevieve Bartuski, PsyD, MBA — Co-Founder & Partner
Genevieve holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and an MBA — a combination that lets her evaluate technology through lenses most advisors don't have: clinical safety, human behavior, organizational risk, and business viability, all at once.
Before her work in health tech, she served as a hostage negotiator. That experience shaped something that can't be taught in a boardroom: the ability to assess risk clearly under pressure, understand how people behave when stakes are high, and make sound decisions when the margin for error is small.
She brings that same discipline to health tech advisory. Genevieve works with founders and investors on privacy, governance, ethical AI frameworks, and the human factors that determine whether a product earns lasting clinical trust.
